Xavier Woods Up Up For eSports Award

Xavier Woods has been out of the ring for far too long at this point, but at least he’s keeping busy in the world of video games. UpUpDownDown continues to run at a quick pace, and the wrestler streams under his real name Austin Creed regularly.

While his normal game of the moment Fall Guys isn’t really an eSport, Woods does more than enough to have earned a nomination in the eSports Awards 2020. He’s up for eSports Content Creator of the Year, and the public is welcome to vote, so feel free to use your voice if you want to see Francesca interrupting a Shoutcast of Call of Duty at this year’s show.

Batista Enters The World Of Dune

Batista is not a wrestler at all anymore, but fans can still see him often on the silver screen. Big Dave’s latest cinematic endeavor is WB’s new translation of Dune, the sci-fi epic you might remember if you were watching movies in the 80s or if you’re a big fan of giant desert worms.

Batista is a white-skinned general of a dark army, kind of the opposite of his most famous role from Guardians of the Galaxy. The film, which also stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, and Stellan Skarsgård, is slated to release in theaters on December 18, 2020, although that date is subject to change with the whims of the world.
