WZ Watch List: Samoa Joe vs. Kenta Kobashi, More Of The Bouncers’ Favorite Bouts
The Watch List will take a look at what matches you should be watching, recommended by today’s pro wrestling stars. WrestleZone recently spoke with Ring Of Honor tag team The Bouncers, who shared some of their favorite matches from their own careers and throughout ROH history.
Bruiser: “I’ve been watching the Joe and Kobashi matches from Ring Of Honor, the two matches that they had. I remember watching those and thinking ‘I really want to work for this company.’ Joe and Kobashi beat the crap out of each other and it’s fun to watch. I’ve been going back and watching some of our old stuff too since I miss tagging with Brian. The matches that stick out there are some matches with The Briscoes, the Bar Fight without Honor from Vegas against Vincent and Silas.”
Milonas: “[ROH has] been doing some cool retrospective episodes, they did one on The Briscoes and that was a super fun episode. Briscoe versus Briscoe for the World Championship closed it out, there’s lots of good stuff. There’s no shortage of great content on HonorClub. I have some matches out there on YouTube, one against Chris Hero and one against Keith Lee. There’s one against Donovan Dijak, he’s in NXT now.”
