The 10-year anniversary of WWE’s The New Day’s television debut is set to be observed next month. This tribute was first broached during a RAW Exclusive, when General Manager Adam Pearce voiced his intention to honor the group with a special episode.
The New Day, composed of Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods have been a regular on-screen presence.
As reported earlier by eWn, WWE has recently wrapped up an extensive filming segment involving the trio at its Stamford, Connecticut headquarters. The filming captured the superstars throwing ice cream to WWE staff, highlighting their celebratory mood.
Inside sources reveal that Advanced-Television is airing the tribute episode to The New Day on December 2. Loyal fans will have a chance to bask in nostalgia for the group with exclusive content that will be made available on all WWE platforms.
The offerings will include a 10-Year Photo Gallery, filled with pictures tracking The New Day’s journey from inception to their various championship wins.
Fans can also relive the trio’s best matches courtesy of a montage set to be released on WWE’s YouTube channel.
There will also be an exclusive sit-down interview in which Kofi, Xavier, and Big E will reflect on their distinguished WWE careers. This will be accessible to fans via YouTube.
