In the world of WWE, Grayson Waller is quickly making a name for himself as an exciting wrestler known for his constant verbal exchanges. Waller and Austin Theory, despite various insinuations of a split in the recent timeframe, are steadfast in their partnership and insight into their WWE future has been revealed.
Recently, there has been tension between the former tag team titleholders with individualistic decision making and tussle for leadership, adding fuel to the WWE-promoted speculations of an impending separation.
Nevertheless, in a recent Q&A session titled ‘Backstage Pass’, wrestling news outlet WrestleVotes disclosed that there are no immediate plans to disassemble the team famously known as ‘A-Town Down Under’. That said, the narrative could see a shift should a significant event that calls for their split evolve.
Current assumptions suggest Waller and Theory will continue as a united front given the lack of a compelling reason to separate. The duo recently appeared on NXT, hinting a possible increased presence on the show.
In terms of their future on SmackDown or other main roster platforms, they will pursue as a unit till a captivating narrative drives them apart.
The report cites, “Those two guys are going to remain together until there’s something substantial for either one of them. They’ve been on NXT a couple of weeks ago. They could be used down there frequently I’d imagine. But as far as SmackDown or the main roster program, until something comes up along that’s worth breaking them up, I gotta see them stay together.”
Future decisions by WWE to separate Theory and Waller remain uncertain but as for now, it doesn’t look like they’ll be parting ways soon.
