Endeavor Group, the renowned enterprise behind WWE, has officially ended its relationship with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, according to recent reports.

The news about Endeavor ending this partnership with Susan G. Komen, a non-profit committed to breast cancer research and creating awareness, was first brought to light by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The Susan G. Komen Foundation has been embroiled in controversy over the years, facing claims that the organization benefits from substantial exposure while contributing minimally towards the real fight against cancer.

Previous reports have suggested that only a mere 13% of the funds collected by Susan G. Komen are allocated to cancer research, treatment, and screening operations.

In 2010, Susan G. Komen became the subject of even more controversy when it implicated another non-profit in a lawsuit over the use of the color pink and the phrase “for the cure.”

When WWE commenced collaboration with Susan G. Komen, it drew criticism from various quarters. CM Punk, a noted wrestling figure, expressed his disapproval on social media in 2015, labeling the foundation as a scam.

In his tweet, Punk cautioned, “If you’re going to give money to a company that claims to raise money for finding a cure for cancer, please do some research. Komen is a scam.”

Fast forward to 2021, when AEW also decided to collaborate with Susan G. Komen. This move led to a wave of fans’ disapproval due to their association with the contentious organization.
