Goldberg faced his most recent duel back in 2022, falling in defeat to Roman Reigns during the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event.
In a WWE Bad Blood confrontation back in October of 2024, Goldberg shared a tense moment with the World Heavyweight Champion, GUNTHER.
According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, they shared that “the original game plan was to pitch Goldberg’s final match against GUNTHER, presumably after GUNTHER relinquishes his title.”
The certainty of these plans remaining intact is currently unspecific.
