After WWE was spotted loading sets and other production items into the Amway Center on Friday, more information has come to light regarding the agreement the company has.

According to a recent report from My News 13 Orlando’s Jon Alba, WWE has agreed with the City of Orlando to use the Amway Center through October 30, with no fans present in the building during their time. It’s unlikely exactly what WWE has planned for Amway will be, but it’s assumed that things will kick off with next week’s SummerSlam.

While no fans will be allowed in the venue, there have also been rumors of other methods for interaction to occur, such as allowing virtual fans to appear in the arena, similar to how the NBA or MLB have been operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A rep from the City of Orlando tells me and @MyNews13 #WWE has a use agreement with Amway Center through Oct. 30 with no fans present in the building.

So barring an amendment in the agreement, no live fans through October, but WWE gets arena access for all events through then.
