WWE Women’s Tag Title Match Announced For 5/14 SmackDown

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler have been feuding with Tamina Snuka and Natalya for some time now. Next week on SmackDown, Jax and Baszler will defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against the veteran duo in a WrestleMania rematch.

Jax and Baszler are currently enjoying a dominant reign as the champions, having taken down every challenger in their path so far. But Snuka and Natalya have been staking their claim to the belts for the last month, regularly making it clear that they are more than ready for a title opportunity.

During tonight’s episode of SmackDown, the feud came to a head, as Reginald and Tamina faced off in a match in which the champions sent an emphatic message to their challengers. After Baszler interfered in the match, she and Jax assaulted their opponents and left them lying ahead of next week’s contest.
