The WWE ThunderDome will be in Orlando’s Amway Center for another month but it’s unclear where they’ll host events after that.

Spectrum Sports 360’s Jon Alba received a copy of the official contract amendment for the deal between WWE and Amway Center, showing the residency will run through November 24. Last month, PWInsider.com reported WWE’s initial contract ran through October 31, but that date was since amended to reflect the new date.

Alba speculated that with NBA eyeing a December 22 start for their new season, as well as the ECHL’s Orlando Solar Bears beginning play that month that it would appear to be the end of ThunderDome’s stay in Orlando.

@WrestleVotes has also reported WWE is discussion potential moves to arenas in North Carolina, Texas and Illinois, but many variables are being taken into consideration for their next destination. In addition to needing a vacancy where there are no teams beginning play, WWE also needs a venue that can house the weight and power requirements of the setup, as well as close proximity to a major travel hub, since talent will be flying in and out each week.
