A new report by Fightful Select today indicates that numerous superstars within WWE have been very vocal backstage about preferring WrestleMania be run over the course of two nights instead of just one in the future.

One of the biggest reasons talent enjoyed the transition to two nights was because the crowd never seemed to get burnt out throughout either night and the lack of exhaustion meant that nobody had to have a match in front of an un-interested audience.

Fightful reports that superstars continue to speculate backstage that WWE may end up changing their mind about deciding to proceed with one night events moving forward. Multiple sources backstage report that a majority of the talent remain very vocal about wanting a two-night event next year. WrestleMania 35 in 2019 was nearly 8 hours from start to finish, leaving many fans excited for the event to finally end.

WWE has not commented on the situation and as of now nothing has changed for next year’s plans. Many fans have also been vocal that a two-night event is better than just one, so it will be interesting to see what route WWE takes.
