The global wrestling entertainment organization, WWE, has recently undertaken legal activities to secure a new ring title. Through the intellectual property and patent governing body in the United States, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), WWE forwarded their request on September 18 to trade in the name “Harlem Lewis” under its extensive list of entertainment provisions.
At this moment, speculation surrounds who will bear this new title with pride and it remains a mystery. It’s plausible that a budding WWE Performance Center sportsperson who is on the brink of making their debut might be granted this title.
The detailed description of the services that the new trademark name, “Harlem Lewis”, will cover were also made available. These are depicted below:
“Provision of entertainment through the form of wrestling matches; Services connected with entertainment, particularly wrestling displays, and the conduct of a professional wrestler and showman; Presentation of live acts by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; The introduction of a professional wrestling and sports entertainer for the purposes of entertainment; The appearance of a professional wrestling and sports entertainer on television for the purposes of entertaining; Dissemination of wrestling news and details via an international computer network; Conducting online dialogues featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality in the fields of professional wrestling and sports amusement, all for entertainment purposes.”
