Roman Reigns had been incorrectly advertised for an upcoming live event.
WWE previously advertised him for Saturday’s house show in Fayevette, NC, before it was confirmed via a statement by the company that he wouldn’t appear, as the promotional team got an old set of Reigns dates before they were changed. Refunds are being offered for fans that bought tickets expecting to see Reigns.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE “had 3,816 tickets out when the announcement was made and 4,521 when they announced he was not on the show, so that’s great movement for a few days for a house show.”
