WWE SmackDown Viewership Remains Above 2 Million This Week
The latest batch of ratings is in for SmackDown, and WWE saw their Friday viewership stay over two million viewers despite a slight dip this week.
According to ShowBuzz Daily, this week’s WWE SmackDown viewership came back with a 2.051 million viewership number, down from the 2.072 million viewers the February 19 episode drew. As far as demographics go, the 18-49 demographic also saw no change for team blue. This week’s 0.5 rating was identical to the last two weeks. In the 25-54 demographic, SmackDown drew a 0.65 rating, identical to last week.
This episode of SmackDown centered around the fallout from WWE Elimination Chamber. In the main event, Daniel Bryan challenged Jey Uso, had he won that match, he would be going on to WWE Fastlane to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.
This episode also saw Bianca Belair officially declare that she would be challenging Sasha Banks for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37 in Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida.
