WWE SmackDown Viewership Back Over 2 Million To Kick Off May 2021

The latest overnight ratings numbers are in for WWE Friday Night SmackDown. This week’s episode saw the network television rise above 2 million viewers on a night that saw Jimmy Uso return.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this week’s WWE SmackDown viewership came back with 2.157 million viewers, down from the 1.923 million viewers the April 30 episode drew. As far as demographics go, the 18-49 demographic saw a boost as well. This week’s 0.6 rating was up from the 0.5 rating from last week. In the 25-54 demographic, SmackDown drew a 0.7 rating, up from last week.

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was a throwback edition and saw the return of Jimmy Uso. Also, Big E and Apollo Crews were on opposite sides of a 10-man tag team match. Bayley and Bianca Belair had another run-in.

Next week, SmackDown will have a Women’s Tag Team Championship match.
