WWE SmackDown Taping On September 17 No Longer Taking Place In Atlanta
WWE SmackDown needs a new home for September 17.
According to a statement from the State Farm Arena, the hosting venue of the event, the SmackDown taping has been canceled:
WWE Friday Night Smackdown on September 17th will no longer take place in Atlanta. Refunds are available at all points of purchase.
The public on-sale date for the taping was Friday morning and made the cancellation announcement an hour prior to the sale going live; the venue also hosted a pre-sale for the show on Thursday.
