Don’t “say yeah” so quickly, #FTR fans.
According to a report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE has started the process of opposing some of the trademarks that The Revival, aka #FTR, have applied for On April 30th, 2020, WWE requested a 90-day extension to oppose trademarks for “Say Yeah,” “No Flips Just Fists,” and “#FTRKO.”
“No Flips Just Fists” was the duo’s slogan in WWE and was on much of their merchandise. “Say yeah” was in the intro of their entrance music, and “#FTRKO”, was the unit name and hashtag used during their time with Randy Orton.
WWE has until 8/26 to file an opposition to the trademarks or request another extension. WWE also requested an extension to file an opposition to a couple of trademarks made by Cody Rhodes. Learn more at this link.
