WWE Releases Konnor & Viktor Of The Ascension

Another two bite the dust. On the same day WWE released of Sin Cara and Luke Harper, the company also announced that it parted ways with Konnor and Viktor. The duo, known as the Ascension, hasn’t been on TV in several months and they weren’t selected in the WWE Draft. The team won the NXT Tag Team Championship but didn’t find much success on the main roster. Konnor and Viktor were one of the top teams in NXT in 2013 and 2014. Konnor’s second stint with the company started in 2010 while Viktor signed with WWE in 2011.
