WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Update: Wes Lee & Von Wagner Make a Comeback, Lola Vice Emerges Victorious in Tournament

Wes Lee made his return to NXT at Tuesday’s NXT Halloween Havoc (Night Two) following Dominik Mysterio’s victory over Nathan Frazer.

Mysterio successfully defended the NXT North American Championship against Frazer on Tuesday’s show, only to be attacked by the returning Lee who then posed with the title.

Lee was last seen back on the September 12th edition of NXT where he lost an NXT Championship #1 Contender’s Match to Ilja Dragunov.

Von Wagner also made his return to NXT programming at Tuesday’s NXT Halloween Havoc (Night Two), taking out Bron Breakker and saving his friend Robert Stone.

Breakker decimated Stone in a singles match, a bout Stone had requested as Wagner was recuperating from having his head crushed by the former NXT Champion.

Following the victory, Breaker attempted to crush Stone’s skull in between the steel steps, but Wagner came out for the save.

Wagner took the fight to Bron and nearly crushed him in the ring steps before the latter managed to escape.

Wagner will face Breakker on next week’s episode of NXT, though Stone is worried that his client is not physically ready yet.

Lola Vice is the winner of the 2023 NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament, scoring the decisive victory in the finals at Tuesday’s NXT Halloween Havoc (Night Two).

Vice defeated Kelani Jordan to win the tournament and earn a shot at the NXT Women’s Championship currently held by Lyra Valkyria.

Vice defeated Dani Palmer and Karmen Petrovic to reach the finals.

The winner of the previous NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament was former NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez.

Chelsea Green and Piper Niven managed to leave NXT Halloween Havoc (Night Two) with their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship reign intact.

Green and Niven defeated Thea Hail and Jacy Jane to retain their titles on the show.

Green hit the Unprettier on Jayne after she attempted to weaponize Duke Hudson’s NXT Tag Team Championship belt behind the referee’s back.

Andre Chase stopped her from cheating, and Green used the distraction to score the pinfall.
