Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan was spoken with by MySanAntonio.com prior to the WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view occasion. Morgan went over contending in the Women’s Rumble match and being the only lady to beat Ronda Rousey two times in WWE.

On having the fastest Rumble removal:“I believe I really hold the record for the fastest females’s removal in Royal Rumble history ever. Quick forward 3 years, even last year, I went from being removed in 90 seconds to lasting practically 38 minutes. Simply that development bomb, and it’s what I make every effort for. It’s what I live for. I wish to be the best that I can potentially remain in. This year, I’m difficult myself even further, and I am attempting and hoping and pleading to come out as No. 1, to last longer than all 29 other ladies and to be the last one standing at the end of the day.”

Liv Morgan on beating Rousey two times:“I believe I’m the only individual in history to ever beat Ronda Rousey two times. It was an unbelievable, amazing, minute, and one of the finest of my whole entire life. I seem like it was a minute where I was really happy with myself. And it was simply unbelievable, you understand, to win Money in the Bank and to capitalize Ronda Rousey. It was my very first champion after 8 years of clawing and battling and intending to one day be champ. That night strengthened each and every single thing for me. It was fantastic.”
