WWE kicked off its annual Holiday tour with a live event at Madison Square Garden last night. The show featured Seth Rollins paying tribute to the late Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee (Luke Harper).
Rollins said, “We are packed from the front row to the nosebleeds in the most famous arena in the world. Thank you, Madison Square Garden. There’s just one more thing I gotta do tonight. Today is the twenty-sixth of December. A few years back, my good friend, our good friend Brodie Lee passed away. I miss him. Just a few months ago, we lost Windham Rotunda as well. But earlier tonight, when the nights went down, I saw some fireflies out there in the Garden. Yeah, yeah, yeah, man. So look, here’s the deal. They’re kicking me out of here, we got a curfew. But I’m not leaving this building until you guys light this place up with those fireflies and you sing my damn song so loud Brodie and Windham can hear you, baby. Let’s go, New York. I love you forever.”
I love you forever. https://t.co/bJ1FIcBXZJ

CM Punk wrestled his first WWE match since 2014 when he took on Dominik Mysterio at last night’s WWE Holiday Tour live event at Madison Square Garden.
Punk emerged victorious over Mysterio following which he cut a heartfelt promo addressing the live crowd.
The victory didn’t come easy for Punk as he had to deal with unwanted interference from Rhea Ripley during the match.
Ripley punched Punk in the face while the referee wasn’t looking. Ripley then mischievously scurried away and leaned on the ringside barrier so as not to get caught and began posing for the fans.
When the referee became suspicious, Ripley said, “I’m doing a photoshoot! What are you talking about?!”
