There are whispers within WWE of a forthcoming modification to The Judgment Day’s composition.

Since the inaugural formation of the faction, major transformations have taken place. The initial setup saw Edge (Adam Copeland) as the chief navigator with Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley by his side. The reins of leadership eventually passed to Finn Balor and he ushered in new members including Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh.

Another well-known name linked with The Judgment Day is Carlito, who joined the ensemble recently. The dynamics of the group underwent another shift when Balor unintentionally caused Priest’s loss in his WWE World Title clash with GUNTHER. Adding to the disruption, Dominik sided with Liv Morgan in aiding her to keep her Women’s World Title safe from Mami at SummerSlam 2024.

Adding to the revolving roster of The Judgment Day was Raquel Rodriguez who allied with Morgan at WWE Bad Blood 2024.

A reputable source, WrestleVotes Radio, revealed discussions about a possible change of course for Carlito within the group.

Joey Votes of the station made the following statement, “A couple of more nuggets that we can touch on is we are hearing discussions to potentially remove Carlito from the Judgment Day and get him back into a singles competitor, possibly a singles push…”

The media outlet additionally shared, “I think now, with the addition of Raquel Rodriguez to the Judgment Day, it started to get a little bit bloated. And I think if you have a street trash type gimmick for the Judgment Day where they’re kind of thugs and, you know, getting….rule breakers in that sort of environment, if you don’t toe the line of the entire group, or if you step out of line a little bit, or if you make a mistake, you’re going to pay for those mistakes. So I think you’re going to see Carlito here in the next couple of weeks, sort of give the Judgment Day a reason to want to excommunicate him from the group. And I think he deserves a singles run.”

Joey Votes further speculated, “There’s no set timeline. It’s all still in early stages. We anticipate a potential shift in Carlito’s status towards a singles run by the end of the year, as per the current discussions about separating him from the Judgment Day.”

As things currently stand, the trajectory of The Judgment Day leading up to WrestleMania 41 remains a fascinating prospect.
