After the touching graphic, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre paid tribute in his opening promo as well. “It’s Monday, you know what that means,” McIntyre said to open RAW. After using Harper’s Twitter catchphrase, he then said his other well-known mantra of, “yeah, yeah, yeah.”

There’s sure to be more nods to Harper (real name Jon Huber) throughout the night as it’s clear he touched the hearts of everyone backstage. Just 41, Harper passed away due to a non-COVID related lung issue. He had been wrestling in All Elite Wrestling as Brodie Lee.
