WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony Reportedly Going Virtual This Year
With the news released yesterday that WrestleMania 37 would be a two-night event in Tampa this year with fans, many people were left wondering how the other events would be treated around that weekend. This includes NXT TakeOver, SmackDown, RAW, and the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
We have an update regarding the current plan for the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony courtesy of Dave Meltzer at The Wrestling Observer. The latest plans are for WWE to hold a virtual WWE Hall of Fame ceremony this year with no fans in attendance. Since WWE moved the 2020 class back to 2021, it appears that any possibility for a 2021 class has been delayed for the time being.
The 2020 class features The nWo, Batista, JBL, The Bella Twins, Jushin Thunder Liger, and The British Bulldog. Stay tuned to Wrestlezone for further updates on the status of events being held during WrestleMania weekend and whether or not any fans will be in attendance.
