On February 23, WWE declared brand-new hallmarks on ring names for existing and previous wrestlers with the USPTO.

These ring names consist of Ezekiel Jackson, Zack Ryder, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre. Here is the description:

” Entertainment services, specifically, wrestling exhibits and efficiencies by an expert wrestler and performer rendered and through relayed media consisting of tv and radio, and by means of the web or business online service; supplying wrestling news and info through an international computer system network; supplying details in the fields of sports and home entertainment by means of an online neighborhood website; supplying a site in the field of sports home entertainment details; fan club services, specifically, arranging sporting occasions in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; arranging social home entertainment occasions for home entertainment functions for wrestling fan club members; supplying online newsletters in the fields of sports home entertainment; online journals, specifically blog sites, in the field of sports home entertainment.”

Matt Cardona formerly specified on Twitter that he attempted to get the hallmark rights to his old ring name after WWE let it end. They combated him on it, and he dropped his filing.

Jackson worked for WWE from 2007-2014. He was a previous ECW and Intercontinental Champion.
