WWE has recently applied for numerous trademarks for diversified shows. The trademarks were filed for an array of programs, which includes “What do you Wanna Talk About?”, “What’s Your Story? w/ Steph McMahon,” and “The RAW Recap”, along with “Six Feet Under With The Undertaker,” “WWE Moment Immortal,” and “WWE Immortal Moment”. The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) recognizes these applications as “a show about sports.”

These entertainment services span across a variety of channels including sports shows, reality based programs, professional wrestling events, sports and entertainment information via online platforms, multimedia programs, podcasts, and online photos and videos. The programs and services will be made available through live broadcasts, television, satellite, audio, video, web-based applications, mobile phone applications, and computer networks.
Furthermore, WWE has also applied for trademarks related to different types of merchandise like cardboard and paper hangtags packaging and collectibles, stationery, clothing items including tops, coats, shorts, slippers, costumes among others.
Additional merchandise related trademarks are for awards and items made out of precious metal, including badges, trophies, belts, works of art, commemorative medals, among others.
Lastly, WWE also applied for trademarks for a wide range of toys such as action figures, dolls, toy wrestling rings, board games, puzzles, stuffed toys, masks, Christmas tree decorations, doll furniture, card games, and so on.
