If authorized, WWE would have till April 7th to react, and MLW would have up until May 8th to respond to WWE’s reaction. WWE would then get till May 29th to submit assistance for their movement versus MLW’s action.
If the Honorable Court dismisses MLW’s claim for a 2nd time, that would likely be the end of the matter. In case WWE stops working to get the modified case dismissed, both celebrations would move forward with discovery and make preparations for trial unless they accept some sort of settlement.
