The Survivor Series: WarGames event on Saturday established a new record for the highest North America arena gate, surpassing the Money In The Bank event in Toronto in 2024. This memorable event introduced the surprise retirement announcement of WWE Superstar John Cena set to take place in 2025. Cena, a three-time Elimination Chamber winner, is expected to partake in his final Elimination Chamber match as part of his farewell tour.

This will mark the first WWE event at the Rogers Centre post WrestleMania 18. This prior event was particularly significant as it was headlined by the “Icon vs. Icon” match featuring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Hulk Hogan. The same venue also witnessed the unforgettable encounter between Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania VI.”
