Wrestle Kingdom 15 To Take Place Over Two Nights
New Japan Pro Wrestling announced on Sunday that the 15th edition of Wrestle Kingdom will take place on both Jan. 4th & 5th, 2021. This will be the second Wrestle Kingdom to be a two night event.
Last year’s dual night Wrestle Kingdom saw two sellout nights in The Tokyo Dome, a financial success that cushioned the blow of 2020’s Coronavirus pandemic. The event was notable for not only the retirement of NJPW legend Jushin Thunder Liger, but also the Double Gold Dash which saw the unification of the IWGP Heavyweight & IWGP Intercontinental Heavyweight Championships.
January 4 & 5 2020, Wrestle Kingdom 14 made history.
