Derby City Wrestling recently announced on Twitter that Willie Mack has officially signed with AEW.
Mack came across the tweet and quickly debunked the report, stating that he would have announced it himself if it were true. Mack tweeted:
“Did you see the “Is All Elite” banner? Glad you’re happy but. Don’t you think I would’ve blasted on here and Instagram before?”
It is to be noted that AEW signings are usually announced by Tony Khan accompanied by their trademark #AllElite graphic.
Mack currently appears for Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and Major League Wrestling. He is a former Impact X Division Champion.
