On a recent episode of the “Intimately Speaking With Renee Paquette” podcast, AEW ring contender Will Ospreay shared his thoughts about why he holds a dislike for AEW American titlist Maxwell Jacob Friedman, well known as MJF.
Below are some notable points from the podcast discussion:
Discussing MJF: “Max hasn’t held back from uttering some heartless comments, even bringing up the death of my grandmother who passed away not too long ago. I’m still trying to cope with the loss and his attempt to garner audience attention based on this personal grief doesn’t sit well with me.”
Sharing why he has always had a problem with MJF: “His professional wrestling persona never appealed to me. It appears to me that he gained entry here by associating with the right people. Though the person whom we’re all aware of is no longer here to back him up, oddly enough, he still seems to get undue attention. It feels like I’m left with the responsibility to settle things.”
