The wrestling superstar known as Ash By Elegance, better known as Dana Brooke from WWE, made an unexpected guest appearance at the NXT Battleground 2024 pay-per-view event on Sunday night. During the intense match between Jordynne Grace and Roxanne Perez, Ash entered the ring and confronted Tatum Paxley, resulting in Grace overthrowing Ash.
Per information received from an insider report by Pwinsider, it is revealed that Ash By Elegance’s appearance was not a part of the original plan for the event. Although Tatum Paxley was scheduled to be there, the idea to introduce an unplanned surprise was a last-minute decision.
The final authorization for TNA’s day-to-day operations is in the hands of Executive producer Ariel Shnerer, as stated by sources familiar with TNA Wrestling.
Shnerer, who was in attendance and backstage at the WWE NXT Battleground 2024 event, has been lauded by the talent for his transparency and honesty.
Furthermore, within the industry, Shnerer is recognized with a positive image, often being described as being “consistent and solid” and “[the force behind] keeping everything together” during the company’s transformations and changes.
In more wrestling news, TNA Wrestling announced that the upcoming Against All Odds pay-per-view event, scheduled for this Friday at Cicero Stadium in Chicago, IL, is now fully booked.
