This year, the 2025 WWE Slammy Awards are set to mirror last year’s social media ceremony held at WWE World during the WrestleMania Weekend. Voting is currently open for all the categories (with the exception of the ones that will be added last minute without fan voting, as was the case with some categories last year).
Our discussion topic for the day is “Who will get your votes for this year’s Slammy Awards?” We invite you to share your choices in the comments below.
Rather than breaking my responses into separate sections, I find it simpler to list all the categories and nominees before sharing my personal selections. With that said, let’s look at the nominees for the 2025 WWE Slammy Awards:
Female Superstar of the Year
- Liv Morgan
- Rhea Ripley
- Bayley
- Nia Jax
- Tiffany Stratton
- Chelsea Green
- IYO SKY
My pick is Liv Morgan. Despite Rhea Ripley’s significant role this year, Morgan’s consistent performance as champion gives her an edge. Other notable contenders include Nia Jax, who has been impressive post-WrestleMania XL.
Male Superstar of the Year
- Cody Rhodes
- Roman Reigns
- Gunther
- CM Punk
- Damian Priest
- Drew McIntyre
- Jey Uso
- Seth Rollins
For me, it’s Cody Rhodes. But I also want to acknowledge Damian Priest who, in my opinion, had an excellent year.
Most Memorable Entrance

- Roman Reigns at WrestleMania
- The Rock at WrestleMania

While all moments had their rightful shock value, the one that had me saying WTF was the debut of The Wyatt Sicks.

The epic showdown between Cody and Roman at WrestleMania takes the cake for me as the match of the year.

- Damian Priest’s Money in the Bank cash-in on Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania
- Wyatt Sicks debut on Raw

No other moment compares to the excitement of the Cody vs Roman match finish at WrestleMania for me.
