WCW/NWO Revenge Confirmed As N64 Top-Seller, Jim Ross Calls Superhero Action For Bat Week

WCW/NWO Revenge Confirmed As N64 Top-Seller

On a lark, video game industry analyst Mat Piscatella has confirmed what many Attitude Era kids have known for years. Everyone who had an Nintendo 64 back in the day owned WCW/NWO Revenge.

Revealing the best-selling third party (or non-Nintendo) game on each of the Big N’s platforms going back to the 90s, Revenge was the top earner. Other games include Sonic’s second Adventure on the GameCube, Toys to Life game LEGO Dimensions on Wii U, and the Ubisoft crossover game, Mario & Rabbids: Kingdom Battle.

Twitter user @meyerpi0 asked for the best-selling third party game on each Nintendo platform.

Console $:

N64 – WCW/NWO Revenge
NGC – Sonic Adventure 2
Wii – Guitar Hero World Tour
Wii U – LEGO Dimensions
Switch – Mario & Rabbids: Kingdom Battle

(Didn't expect these tbh)

TNT Celebrates Bat Week With Jim Ross Calling Superhero Action

Pairing wrestling commentary with non-wrestling footage is a grand and hilarious tradition online. For their ongoing #BatWeek celebrations, AEW network TNT decided to get in on the fun with the All Elite commentary squad calling all the action in a scene from The Dark Knight. The refs really should have interfered with that helicopter trap.

In honor of #BatWeek, we're bringing back the #AEW announcers calling Batman vs. Joker. 🔊
