In a notable match at WWE’s Vienna event, CM Punk took on GUNTHER but unfortunately did not emerge victorious.
Even after the intense Steel Cage confrontation, Punk expressed admiration for the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion in his post-match comments.
Punk stated, “Having had the opportunity to face The Ring General GUNTHER inside a cage, Vienna will always hold a special place in my memory. His championship glory is no fluke. He is a true symbol of hard work, resilience, humility, and the spirit of Vienna.”
In his closing remarks, Punk said, “Well done, champ. We shall cross paths again. Now, he’s about to serenade you all with some funk tunes.”
