The upcoming show of WWE SmackDown which is due to be aired on July 26, 2024, is expected to be recorded in advance in Omaha, Nebraska at the Chi Health Center. Fightful Select provided exclusive details about the sequence of events.
Here are some expected highlights of the forthcoming Friday Night SmackDown based on the report:
– A face-off is on the cards between LA Knight and Santos Escobar and it seems like Logan Paul may step in.
– On the women’s side, there will be an in-ring promo, where Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill will address and challenge The Unholy Union (comprising Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn), demanding another shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
– Another highlight to look forward to is a tag team gauntlet match to identify the team who gets the next shot at #DIY. This will reportedly include The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford), Apollo Crews & Baron Corbin, The O.C.’s Good Brothers (Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson), Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson & Elton Prince), Legado Del Fantasma’s Angel & Berto, and The Bloodline – though the roster for The Bloodline is speculated to be Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, it has not been confirmed.
– Further, it seems that there will be a speaking segment from A-Town Down Under.
– Cody Rhodes is scheduled to participate in a one-on-one interview session in the ring.
– A tag team match will also be held between Bayley and Michin taking on Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton.
