Vince Russo, a well-known figure among wrestling enthusiasts (though opinion is divided on whether this is a good thing), has stated categorically that there’s no expectation of him joining the prestigious ranks of the WWE Hall of Fame.
Ever since 1993, multiple personalities from the wrestling world, ranging from wrestlers to managers and even other crew members, have been bestowed with the honor of being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
On an episode of his widely followed podcast, “Legion of RAW,” Russo expressed his disinterest in the prospect of being inducted. His words were,
“Look here, I know individuals for whom the WWE Hall of Fame recognition was the highlight of their lives. If I were to get an invitation, I would respectfully decline it. Not that such an eventuality is ever likely to occur, it’s not, but if it were to, my response would remain the same. That’s strictly my viewpoint, pal.”
Russo also made some observations recently about a particular WWE storyline, which in his assessment, couldn’t possibly have been more implausible. For more details on this, follow the embedded link.
