Forget ‘FTR’, this is more like ‘WTF?!?’

If Vince McMahon got his way, The Revival could have become the new laughingstock of WWE—intentionally.

According to a new report from Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net, Vince McMahon wanted to repackage the duo as a comedy team and even had some mockups made up of what their gear could have looked like. As seen below, this is what McMahon had in mind for The Revival, and it was said that he personally handed these photos to Dash and Dawson in their final meeting. Plans would have also included new music, with a “completely different dynamic” for the team.

As we now know, The Revival were let out of their contracts and remain free agents; they are now going by the names Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood. They’ve also been busy trademarking a number of “FTR” related names, including ‘Fear The Revolt’ as their latest filing.

A fan also asked Cash if the photos were legit, but he said he had to “plead the fifth” on this one.
