Despite being established in her role, Vickie Guerrero is always learning how to further hone her managerial craft.

Guerrero joined Tony Schiavone and Aubrey Edwards as the latest guest on AEW Unrestricted. The current manager of Nyla Rose shares about how it feels to be one of the managers on the All Elite Wrestling roster.

“First of all, I think I’m the prettiest one (laughs), but no, on the serious side, I am so honored to be a part of this legacy of all these men that have been here for years and to go up to them and get advice and different ideas, I’m a part of this group that I have to kind of pinch myself because not only are they’re the best of what they do and they’re so great and I love watching all of them perform, but to be able to be backstage and get to know them a little better as friends because I never got to know some of these guys on a personal basis.

Vickie continues to talk about sharing ringside with the likes of Arn Anderson, Jake Roberts, Tully Blanchard and even that “meanie” Taz.

“It’s just been such a honor, you know? And there’s no stress and even I get stumped at doing a promo or some ideas and Jake [Roberts] and Tully [Blanchard] and I don’t talk to Taz that much because I think he’s really mean, (laughs) just to pick their brain has been such a refreshing part of this job and you can’t stop learning in this business and so to always keep my mind open and always ask for ideas in different situations. I’m loving my job where I don’t feel scared to go and say ‘Hey, I’m stuck on this.’ So it’s been a lot of fun.”
