While Vice has received interest from five organizations and might consider a sale to avoid bankruptcy, finding a suitable buyer who will pay more than $1 billion has been challenging considering the company’s existing debt load.

Vice is expected to continue operating normally in the event of a bankruptcy filing.

VICE TV is the home network of the popular wrestling docuseries, Dark Side of the Ring, which is produced by Vice Studios.
