During the 2024 Royal Rumble pay-per-view, Naomi reappeared in WWE after her 2022 exit from the company alongside the previous Sasha Banks (known as Mercedes Mone)
Speaking to “WWE Deutschland,” Naomi expressed her relief upon returning. She stated,
“The return provided a sense of relief. The whole controversy surrounding our exit and what Mercedes and I had gone through had been overwhelming. Coming back felt as if a huge burden had been lifted. Being accepted back where I started and being given the chance to complete my journey was liberating”
She further added, “Reconnecting with my WWE fans and resuming my career where I left off, finishing things on my terms, felt really uplifting. The whole phase was an emotional journey. The warm welcome made it even more special. I was nervous, but it was as if I had never left.”
