Bad Bunny has announced his tour dates for 2024, and WrestleMania 40 (Night Two) happens to be an open spot on his busy schedule.

While Bunny has a performance scheduled for Detroit, MI on April 6th, the inaugural night of WrestleMania 40, he does not have any booking for April 7th.

WrestleMania 40 (XL) takes place on April 6 and 7, 2024, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

At the moment, there is no indication that Bunny will be booked for WrestleMania 40, it’s only that he has the open spot.

On a recent edition of the “I Just Wanna Talk To Friends” podcast, AEW wrestler Serpentico stated that if he had a catchphrase, he would like to borrow a punchline from the character Sho’nuff from The Last Dragon.

Serpentico said, “If Serpentico talked on TV, that would be his catchphrase. Maybe I can convince the powers that be to talk so I can say those lines. That’s it. I might have Angelico or Luther say it for me.”

In the film, Sho’nuff says, “Am I the meanest? Am I the prettiest? Am I the baddest mofo lowdown around this town? Who am I?,” while the minions chant “Sho’nuff.”

On a recent edition of the “Battleground Podcast,” Adam Copeland (Edge) addressed his future in wrestling, noting that the NJPW G1 Climax tournament is still a possibility at this stage of his career.

Copeland also expressed his interest in competing at the Arena Mexico and the Tokyo Dome. He said,

That’s pretty exciting and a by-product of coming here is, ‘oh wait, hold on a second, Tokyo Dome.’ That’s on the checklist. Arena Mexico. I went there once. I was World Champion, but I wore a mask because I wanted to watch the show. I snuck in and watched the show with a mask on and just had a blast. I love the culture of lucha libre and the pageantry. Those two things would be very cool as a lifelong wrestling fan. Those experiences would be cool and I didn’t know they would ever be in the cards, so you have to write it off, especially after I had to retire in 2011, I couldn’t get those things done. Now I can get them done and that’s pretty fun. We’d have to carve out some time, I guess. Eddie [Eddie Kingston] did it this year, so it’s a possibility.”

Bad Bunny, the renowned rap star, has recently announced the tour dates for his upcoming “Most Wanted” tour in 2024. The tour is set to kick off on February 21st in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will conclude on May 26th in Miami, Florida. However, there seems to be an interesting gap in Bunny’s schedule on April 7th, which coincides with the second night of WrestleMania 40.

WrestleMania is one of the biggest annual events in professional wrestling, attracting millions of viewers from around the world. It features top wrestling superstars and often includes celebrity appearances and performances. With Bad Bunny’s growing popularity in the wrestling world, fans have been speculating whether he might make an appearance at WrestleMania 40.

Although Bunny has a performance scheduled for Detroit, Michigan on April 6th, the first night of WrestleMania 40, he currently has no bookings for April 7th. This has sparked rumors and excitement among fans who are eagerly anticipating his involvement in the event.

However, it is important to note that there is currently no indication that Bad Bunny will be booked for WrestleMania 40. The open spot in his schedule could simply be a coincidence and not necessarily a sign of his involvement in the event. Wrestling promotions often keep their plans under wraps until closer to the event date to maintain surprises and build anticipation.

In a recent podcast interview, AEW wrestler Serpentico shared his catchphrase inspiration from the character Sho’nuff in the movie “The Last Dragon.” This adds an interesting element to the discussion as wrestlers often incorporate catchphrases and memorable lines into their personas. Serpentico expressed his desire to use Sho’nuff’s iconic lines if given the opportunity.

Another notable mention related to wrestling comes from Adam Copeland, also known as Edge. Copeland discussed his future in wrestling and expressed his interest in competing in the NJPW G1 Climax tournament, as well as wrestling at the Arena Mexico and the Tokyo Dome. This highlights the global appeal and aspirations of professional wrestlers to compete in prestigious venues and events.

While fans eagerly await any updates on Bad Bunny’s potential involvement in WrestleMania 40, it is important to stay tuned to official announcements from the wrestling promotion. Until then, fans can continue to enjoy the excitement and speculation surrounding the event.
