Dustin Rhodes, famed for his role as Goldust, took to Twitter to disclose his keen interest in recreating a match akin to his legendary Hollywood Backlot Brawl from WrestleMania XII. The 1996 event, which is seen as a forerunner to today’s cinematic clashes, saw Rhodes pitted against Roddy Piper. Speaking fervently, Rhodes stated

“I so desperately want to do another Hollywood backlot brawl ish match again. Maybe we at @AEW can come up with something cool here.”

In JR’s beloved podcast “Grilling JR,” the host sang praises for Kenny Omega, highlighting his admiration for the pro-wrestler’s prowess in the ring. When questioned if Omega had secured a spot amongst his favourite wrestlers to call, Ross affirmed and provided his rationale, underlining Omega’s exceptional athleticism, story weaving ability and overall performance. He quoted:

“Yeah, because he’s, he’s always innovating new things. He’s adding new things, new little nuances to his matches. He understands the business.”
