Steve Maclin ended up in a bloodied state in the main event of Impact Wrestling’s Under Siege pay-per-view event as he successfully retained the Impact World Championship against PCO.
The main event saw Maclin bust himself open after getting hit with a cookie sheet during a dive to the outside.
According to a report from Pwinsider, the blood came “100% hardway” and Maclin was being checked out backstage. The reigning Impact World Champion will require stitches to close the wound.
PCO was also busted open hardway during the brutal and bloody main event.
