Update on Status of Jeff Hardy
After being taken away by police to start tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE has issued an update on the statue of Jeff Hardy. According to WWE, Hardy was release from custody by the Orlando police after passing a series of sobriety tests, and has been absolved of the charges of public intoxication, driving under the influence, and the hit-and-run on Elias tonight. Of course, we saw Hardy interrupt Sheamus and Daniel Bryan’s match, so his release likely came prior to that event.

Shorty G Feels Good After Win
Shorty G was the unfortunate recipient of interference during the battle royal on tonight’s SmackDown, when Cesaro threw him out of the ring despite being eliminated. Shorty G was able to get revenge, however, as he took on Cesaro and came away with a win. After the match, the scrappy superstar talked to WWE about the win, and how great he was feeling following it.
