Update On MLW Possibly Holding A Live PPV Soon

As previously noted, there had been a discussion within MLW about holding a live PPV over the summer with Court Bauer, the promotion’s owner, later confirming that the company plans to go live this year.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the talks of doing these shows would be similar to what WWE does instead of AEW. 

“Regarding the idea of doing monthly live shows starting in a few months, the idea is to sell them like WWE has done as opposed to PPV as AEW does, and it was said there are people in the conversation and it was described as being in the seventh inning of talks,” Meltzer wrote.
