It’s been reported that WWE is trying to load up WrestleMania 40 with the additions of Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and John Cena.

Filming for “The Peacemaker” series starring Cena will start this summer, something confirmed by James Gunn, the co-head of DC Studios.

Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Cena is still free to appear.

“John Cena will be shooting the second season of Peacemaker starting in June. The last word we got was he was free that day, would like to do it, but physically it would be limited. When asked about Cena, Undertaker and Austin, the answer was they were not going to wrestle in matches, which at this point would be the expected answer,” Meltzer wrote.

WWE Fans Excited for Potential WrestleMania 40 Lineup with Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and John Cena

WrestleMania is the biggest event in professional wrestling, and fans eagerly anticipate each year’s edition. As the 40th installment of WrestleMania approaches, rumors have been circulating about WWE’s plans to bring back some legendary superstars to make the event even more special. Among the names being mentioned are Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and John Cena.

According to reports, WWE is actively trying to secure the participation of these iconic wrestlers for WrestleMania 40. While nothing has been confirmed yet, the possibility of seeing these legends back in action has fans buzzing with excitement.

One factor that adds to the speculation is John Cena’s upcoming commitment to filming “The Peacemaker” series. James Gunn, co-head of DC Studios, has confirmed that filming for the series starring Cena will begin this summer. However, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Cena is still available to appear at WrestleMania despite his filming schedule.

Meltzer mentioned in his report that Cena’s involvement in WrestleMania would be limited due to his filming commitments. This suggests that Cena may not compete in a match but could still make an appearance or be involved in a non-wrestling capacity.

The potential return of Steve Austin and The Undertaker also adds to the excitement surrounding WrestleMania 40. Both superstars have left an indelible mark on the wrestling industry and have a massive fan following. While it is unclear what their roles would be if they were to appear at WrestleMania, their presence alone would undoubtedly create a memorable experience for fans.

It’s important to note that WWE has not officially announced any details regarding the participation of these legends at WrestleMania 40. However, the fact that WWE is actively trying to bring them back indicates their desire to make the event a grand celebration of its 40th anniversary.

WrestleMania has always been known for its surprise returns and unforgettable moments. The inclusion of Steve Austin, The Undertaker, and John Cena in the lineup would undoubtedly generate immense excitement and nostalgia among fans. Whether they compete in matches or make special appearances, their presence alone would elevate the event to another level.

As fans eagerly await further updates and official announcements from WWE, the anticipation for WrestleMania 40 continues to grow. With the potential return of these legendary superstars, the event promises to be a must-watch for wrestling enthusiasts worldwide.
