In other RAW news, The Viking Raiders’ Erik wasn’t cleared to compete on this week’s show.
Just prior to RAW going live, WWE announced that a scheduled tag-team match featuring The Viking Raiders and The New Day was being changed to a singles bout. We saw Ivar face off against Kofi Kingston in a match that saw the latter come out with the win.
According to a report from Pwinsider, this was a very late change to the card as the tag team match was scheduled throughout the day.
