The recent intimate event by WWE in the UK was graced by several notable figures from the British wrestling sphere, it has now been unveiled.
WWE Clash At The Castle: Scotland was celebrated on the 16th of June, hosted by the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. A filming of SmackDown was also coordinated at this esteemed locale.
According to Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan, several prominent personalities such as Damian Corvin, Rhio, Aaron Echo, Andy Roberts, Shreddy, BT Gunn, RP Davies, Danny Jones, and Mulligan were extended an invitation to the spectacular event.
Alongside these well-known faces, additional invitees were a part of the show although their identities remain undisclosed for the time being. For context, Rhio is the reigning PROGRESS Women’s World Champion.
In an interesting tidbit, RP Davies was seen on WWE’s digital platforms assisting AJ Styles backstage following his “I Quit Match” showdown with Cody Rhodes which signaled the beginning of Clash At The Castle.
