Two NXT Champions In Action At This Week’s WWE Main Event Taping (Includes Spoilers)
This week’s episode of WWE Main Event saw two current NXT champions in action, as Karrion Kross and Bronson Reed both competed in singles matches.
Karrion Kross defeated Shelton Benjamin on the show, while Bronson Reed ended up beating Drew Gulak. This episode will air on Hulu this Thursday.
Earlier today, PWInsider reported Kross, Scarlett and Reed were backstage at this week’s RAW tapings and were involved in plans to appear on this week’s episode of Main Event. F4WOnline.com later reported Benjamin was the planned opponent for Kross, but Reed’s opponent was unknown. F4W also noted that Scarlett was not in Kross’s corner for the match, but she was being discussed for a tryout on her own this Friday.
