Adding to the buzz, Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B also joined in spreading the news, alongside a video featuring WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, Bianca Belair.
Being an accustomed venue for colossal WWE events, MetLife Stadium has previously hosted WrestleMania 29 in 2013 and WrestleMania 35 after a span of six years.
Although this is the first instance of SummerSlam taking a two-night format, WWE has already confirmed that SummerSlam 2026 will also be broken down into a two-night festivity.
The SummerSlam 2026 event will span over August 1, and August 2, taking place at the U.S. Bank Stadium situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
